FEE STRUCTURE

The one-time non-refundable registration fee of $250/child is due with the admission application.

Preschool (toddlers) and Pre-K 3: $7,500 ($750/month)
Pre-K 4 and up: $5,500 ($550/month)
Each additional child (sibling) who enrolls receives $250 off.

The following one-time additional fees are due each year with the first month’s tuition.

Financial Aid
Families who have challenging financial circumstances may request and apply for financial aid or Zakat. Funding is limited. Eligibility is based on need, availability of funds, and affordability of school expenses. All requests are reviewed and determined by our School Board.
Payment Schedule
- Registration fee is due for each new student at the time the admission application is submitted.
- Supples and/or books fees are due per student every September (with first month tuition).
- Annual tuition should be paid in monthly installments for 10 months (September - June). It is due by the 5th of each month.
Collection & Policies
- You will receive monthly invoices on the 1st of every month.
- Tuition may be paid via Zelle (732-640-6020), cash, check payable to the Islamic Center of Old Bridge, or online (card or bank transfer).
- Online or card payments may add a 3% processing fee.
- Payments should be clearly labeled with the student’s name,
- Late payments may incur a fee of $25. In case of any emergencies or extenuating circumstances, contact the school office as soon as possible.
Annual tuition is not reduced for any student absences, vacations, etc. Withdrawal from the school 2 months after the start of the academic year will still incur the full annual tuition costs unless there are extenuating circumstances approved by the Board. ICOB Academy reserves the right to withhold student records if any fees have not been paid.
TRANSPORTATION
For students age 5 or above by Oct 1st and located between 2-20 miles from the school, you may complete the B6T transportation form and submit it to our school office upon enrollment. You may receive aid in lieu of transportation payments twice a year for each enrolled child from your resident district.
A second form, B7T “Nonpublic School Transportation Payment Voucher” will be mailed to you by your resident school district near the beginning of the year. The voucher must be completed and submitted back to your resident school district in order to receive the aid in lieu of transportation payments.
The total rebate amount from the State of New Jersey for the 2025-2026 school year is $1,177 for each student.
LUNCH
Parents should send their children to school with lunch. We may offer a pre-paid lunch program at the school. Information and costs will be communicated.
